Solution

The downloaded file unzips to a pcap. I opened it in Wireshark.

Saw a POST to /feedback/guest_complaint. This one is from user Klug. comp-1 I filtered for just the POST request methods. comp-2 Ok, so it looks like the human that connected was Muffy VonDuchess Sebastian in Room 1024. Pasted image 20220909214800 Troll Yaqh complained about this human. Pasted image 20220909214809 Troll Flud complained about her as well. Pasted image 20220909214816 Troll Hagg as well. Pasted image 20220909214824 Entering Flug Hagg Yaqh into the answer bar popped the objective.
